Live in the JSA House! All-inclusive rooms seconds from Laurier
In addition to being the event space for the JSA, the Latner Centre has three bedrooms available for rent to students.
Why live in the JSA House?
- Location, location, location! The JSA House is located at Bricker & Albert, literally across the street from Laurier, and a short walk from UW. Lots of shops nearby, including groceries, Starbucks, and restaurants. Uptown Waterloo is just a short walk away as well!
- Save money! Rent at the JSA House includes everything: utilities, heat, wireless internet, and cable TV.
- Be a part of the community! Living in the JSA House is an easy way to take part in the JSA's social events while still maintaining the privacy of your own residence.
- Flexibility: leases at the JSA House are available on a semesterly basis. Whether you're going on co-op or exchange, living at the JSA House will allow you to avoid being locked into a full-year lease.
